My name is Lan. In our science class yesterday, we learned about health and
exercise. Our teacher said kids should eat different foods, especially vegetables and
fruit. We shouldn’t eat fast food or candy because they’re bad for our body and
teeth. We should wash our hands before meals. During the break, my classmates like
having snacks. They eat too much and that’s not good. Our school has a vegetable
garden. My teacher sometimes takes us to there and we learn how to grow
vegetables. Children should get lots of sleep and do exercise, too. My teacher said
we should do exercise every day to be healthy.
