I want to give my opinion on the sentence "the best way to volunteer is to give people money when they need it". I think volunteering is very meaningful. Volunteering is more than just giving money. In addition to giving money, we can donate books, clothes, shoes, food; free teaching for those who cannot go to school, in remote and isolated areas; help vagrants get a good place to live. There are some people who take advantage of volunteering to raise money and then take it away. Or maybe those people will use the money raised to buy poor quality items to give to others. So volunteering has a lot of ways to do it, not just a way to give money.
