Hi everyone, I am Nhung and today I will tell you about my hometown. I come from Hungyen which is a province in the North of Vietnam. There are not many buildings and constuctures here so the air is more fresh and clean than in the city. The weather is nice and it will comfort you and make you happy. The specialties of my hometown is Longan fruite. People in my country enjoy eating it so almost every houses grow them for selling. Everyone lives here take care of each others, they live like a big family. In the evening, people in a neighborhood always gather in the large yard and chatting toghether after a long day of work. I love my hometown and the people here so much and I think, it does not matter how far you can go but hometown is always a place where you can come back anytime you want.
Tan An city is located to the southwest of Ho Chi Minh City, 47 km from the city center and has the boundaries with the following administrative units: The North borders on Thu Thua district. The East borders Tan Tru district and Chau Thanh district. The West and Southwest borders Tien Giang province. The city has 9 wards and 5 communes with a total natural area of 8,192.64 ha, the population according to the 1/4/2011 census data is 180,000 people. In which ward 1 is the economic, political and cultural center of the city. Tan An city is the political, cultural, economic, scientific and technical center of Long An province. The city is both located on the development ray of the Southern Key Economic Area, as well as the economic gateway of the Mekong Delta provinces, with the main traffic axis running through the center is National Highway IA, National Highway No. Highway 62 and Vam Co Tay River. With the above geographical position, Tan An city has a comparative advantage in economic geography, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of Long An province in general and Tan An city in particular.
Tan An city is located in the tropical monsoon climate, sub-equatorial climate, high and stable temperature background.
