Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to be worse than what you say in the advertisement.
First, you say all the teachers at the centre are only the native, but in fact there is only one native in my class. It is so inconvenient because he has to take care for all of us alone.
Second, most of the classes are nearly 30 students, not 20 students as you say in the advertisement. And in the advertisement, you say books and tape cassettes are free, but in fact we had to pay for them, and its quality is lower than my expectation. And the thing that annoys us so much is most of the rooms don’t have air-conditioned that make me sweat during class time.
Finally, I’m so disappointed that the class time is not the same as that in the advertisement: classes time late and I have to wait for 45 minutes!
