5. My dream home would be very warm. It would have a milkshake maker, smoothie maker, ice cream maker, and a snow cone maker. It would have ten big and amazing floors. One of the rooms would be a puppy room with cute little puppies and they would all be girls. The room next to it would be a movie theater and it can give you an arm massage and back massage. Plus, there would be a mall with kids everything toys clothes shoes everything you can think of that a kid would like. On the 9th floor there would be a mini Disney World with a replica Cinderella Castle. Some of the characters would be a the mini Disney World as well. Oh yeah I forgot! There would be an amusement park with roller coasters and so much more. Even with little kid rides. Next to it would be an waterpark. With millions of waterslides and so many water activities. Then there would be a massage bed for my friends. family, and my teachers, Mrs Votta, Mrs. Nugent, and my third grade teacher from last year Ms. Amato. They could design their room however they want and guess what?! They can come whenever they want. I hope everybody loves kittens and cats because there would be a giant kitten room and cat room. I hope my dream house will get built so that way me, my friends, my teachers, and most of all my family can come and enjoy it with me!
3, Nowadays, the development of human world causes causes many bad effects to the environment. We throw garbage everywhere, exploit too much natural resources or contaminate the air. Therefore, our environment is being seriously polluted and we need to protect it from now. First of all, we should reduce, reuse and recycle. Instead of using plastic bags, we can use leaves to wrap food. We can recycle plastic bottles, cans, paper to reduce garbage. Using public transports and decreasing the number of motorbikes and cars are also good ways to reduce carbonic in the air. Besides, we should purify contaminated lakes or rivers in order to lessen the pollution in the water.Last but not least, the gorvernment should propagandize about protecting the environment to everybody so that they can aware of it. Especially, we need to punish people who contaminate the environment with great severity. In conclusion, the Earth is our home so protecting it is everyone's responsibility.
4, I was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh city which is located in the Southern part of Vietnam. It is a metropolitan area with millions of dwellers. As a matter of fact, I believe it is the most populated city in Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City is your typical metropolitan city. The city is open 24-7, and is home to many cafes and restaurants serving food from all around the world. The traffic is dizzying and life happens at full-speed. It has all the entertainment services young people look for. Entertainment centers as well as beautiful landscapes in this city could be easily be found. I like the city’s dynamic lifestyle: young and busy. It attracts me and people from every walks of life thanks to its open atmosphere, a practical attitude, a mix culture, a rapid rhythm….the city never sleeps. This city provides everyone so many opportunities to build up their careers, especially young people who want to build a brilliant social position.
1, Among many programs and channels available on TV these days such as the current news programs, sport programs, entertaining programs, educational programs and movie programs, etc., I like the program “the World of Animals” most.
This program is usually shown on VTV2 everyday at 8.30 in the evening. It often lasts about 45 minutes. In this program, stories of the life of many animals in the world are told in a very lively way.
For example, people can watch films about monkeys, snakes, tigers, insects, birds, sea turtles, sharks etc. … and even the penguins and the polar bears in the far North. While watching these films, I find the everyday life activities and habits of these animals very interesting and full mysteries.
In addition, I also learn that it is very important to protect these animals and their living environments became they are part of our valuable natural world. Watching this program makes me very well informed and relaxed after a day of work.
6, I agree with the idea that in the future robots will be useful to us. Firstly, we will no longer have to do all of housework like cleaning, sweeping, washing and so on because home robots will be able to help us. Secondly, we will not have to deal with some dangerous works since robots will support us. They can build houses in the air, fix electrical problems and discover the life under the oceans, in the space and on other planets. Morever, with the artificial intelligent, they will help us a lot in studying science and technology,so new inventions will be given. All in all, robots will be a magical thing if we use them in the right way.
2, My favourite sports person is Leo Messi. He’s a famous football player, and some would say he’s the best football player in the world. He started his career in Argentina, where he was born, but moved to Barcelona, in Spain, when he was a teenager. He had a disability, for which the Spanish team agreed to pay his medical bills. Despite his health problems, Messi developed into a modern legend. He has won numerous trophies over the course of his career, including five “world footballer of the year” awards – which is a world record. I remember first hearing about him about ten years ago, when he was first making headlines. His life story caught my attention just as much as his incredible skills. I admire him because of his triumph over adversity. I think that his inspiring story of perseverance is a lesson for us all.
