Brian (1)_______ born with a very rare eye defect, affecting only one in a million people, which meant he could only see things in black and white. Then at the age of 21, he heard about some revolutionary new contact lenses developed (2) _______ British scientists, and he decided to save (3)________ the $600 needed to buy a pair.
