BREAKFAST Breakfast is an important meal of the day. Breakfast gives you the energy to work for the whole day. I often have a sandwich and orange juice for breakfast. My sister often has cereals and bananas for breakfast. It takes me around 10 minutes to finish my breakfast. I dont understand why people skip breakfast. I never skip a breakfast, even when Im very busy.
