Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.
Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.

When it comes to an unforgettable event of my life, my graduation day immediately springs to mind. To this day, I still remember vividly that it wastaken place on a sunny day of September 2010. The graduation ceremony was organized in the main auditorium, which was the venue for important events of my university.
After the Chancellor delivered his graduation speech, the valedictorian, who was a student from the faculty of Business Administration, gave his speech about his experience over the past four years on our behalf. His speech was so heartfelt and emotional that it received a standing ovation from everyone in the auditorium. After that, each student, one by one, walked on the stage to shake hands and receive the degree from the Chancellor. The idea of walking across the stage in front of hundreds of people made me really anxious and I kept biting my nails when waiting in line behind the stage. However, as soon as I got to the stage, my anxiety was replaced with pride. I couldn’t help but feel proud of myself because my efforts over the past four years finally paid off.
Once the distribution of degrees had been finished, I, together with my friends, made out way to the Main Hall downstairs, where we were greeted by my family members, relatives and friends. Since it was such an occasion, my parents put aside their farmwork and went all the way from my hometown to Ho Chi Minh city to join with me. Later on, we had a professional photographer taking a bunch of photos to save that pivotal moment of mine.
The reason why my graduation day is one of my most memorable events is that it marked the transition from my university life to working life. From then on, I flew out from the warmth and comfort of the university to embark on a new chapter of my life. Every time I look at the photographs, the memories of that day came flooding back.

I have different hobbies, but reading book is the most interesting hobby for me. One of the reasons is that reading helps me broaden our knowledge. There are many books about different areas such as history, geography, science, etc. When reading these books, I can discover about our natural world and I also have a key to open the outside world. History books provides me with several things about the origin of our world. Reading book also helps me improve my vocabularies. I like reading English books, so I can learn many new words from these books and use them properly. My writing skill is also better. When reading, I concentrate on reading books highly and I can learn how to be patient. To sum up, I like reading book most because of their positive effects which help me develop myself quickly.

Alexander Graham Bell was born in Edinburgh, Scotland on March 3, 1847. When he was only eleven years old, he invented a machine that could clean wheat. Graham studied anatomy and physiology at the University of London, but moved with his family to Quebec, Canada in 1870.Bell soon moved to Boston, Massachusetts. In 1898, Alexander Graham Bell and his son-in law took over the National Geographic Society and built it into one of the most recognized magazines in the world. Bell also helped found Science Magazine, one of the most respected research journals in the world.Alexander Graham Bell died August 2, 1922. On the day of his burial, in honor of Bell, all telephone services in the United States were stopped for one minute.

Several members of his family did a great deal to encourage him in the field of science. His father helped him a lot by supervising hia work with the deaf.
